¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine, food-grade)
8 to 12 oz filtered, room-temperature water
(Optional) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
(Optional) 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved.
(Optional) Add lemon juice or ACV to enhance flavor and boost detox benefits.
Drink immediately first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
