Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
8–12 oz filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon raw honey or apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Add pink salt and lemon juice to a glass.
Pour in filtered water.
Stir until salt dissolves completely.
Add raw honey or apple cider vinegar (optional) and stir again.
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
Notes
Ideal first thing in the morning before food or coffee.
If new to pink salt, start with a pinch and increase gradually.
Always use pure, food-grade Himalayan pink salt.
