Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
2. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
3. Once smooth and creamy, spoon the mixture into individual serving dishes or jars.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up slightly.
5. Before serving, top with your choice of garnishes—fresh berries for brightness, chopped nuts for crunch, or a sprinkle of shaved dark chocolate for extra indulgence.
